Yamaha YAS-62 MK1 Gold Lacquer Alto Sax Circa 1996

For sale is a nice Yamaha YAS-62 MK1 Alto sax with hard-shell case and end plug (mouthpiece not included).

My local Tech in December 2014 adjusted this instrument and play tested it from top to bottom. This horn is in great playing condition on a mix of older and newer pads.

Its original gold lacquer finish is 90% with some lacquer loss in places and some scratches on the finish as the result of normal wear and tear. 

There are no mechanical or structural issues with this instrument.  There are no dents, dings, resolders or any evidence of past trauma to either the body or neck.  The neck is missing the Yamaha label on the neck.

Included is a Yamaha brown hard-shell case in good condition.  The handle covering has separated somewhat at the seam.
