Buescher Aristocrat Tenor

Is ther any sweeter sound than an Aristocrat Tenor played softly? The Tenor Sax is pitched very close to the human voice and can create true emotion. Stan Kenton recorded a song named "BAIA", pronounced by - e - uh......it was a womans voice and a tenor sax playing in unison, you could hardly make a didtinction between the voice and the instrument. It was extremely sensual and hauntingly melodic. I enjoy playing "BAIA" on my 1942 Aristocrat...pure sound. I am going to play 'BAIA" in an upcoming church program with a girl that has Alabaster vocal chords, should be interesting. Best Regards Mactenor
