Wurlitzer American Sax

My neighbor was cleaning out her attic and knew my son played the Alto Sax in band. What she gave me is a Wurlitzer American 1515 / Eb / silver plated. It's in very good condition needing a good dusting and some new pads. I've not had any luck finding out any information on the internet on this horn; can anyone out there help me out?
