does anyone know if sonny rollins plays a mark VI and if so what time period?

          I dunno, it probably does, I'll bet the serial number matches up. My former teacher's king super 20 matches up with the serial numbers of Cannonball Adderly's king. Cannonball sold it to Antonio Hart in New York, and he bought it off of Antonio.
