Keynote saxophone

I inherited an old Keynote saxophone that belonged to my mother-my daughter is inschool and starting sax-would this be worth repadding and cleaning up for a second sax or just fun to look at? Keynote was manufactured in Minneapolis, Mn-it's at least 65 years old
