1990 Conn Tenor

I am new to this forum and hope that those with expertise in Conn Saxophones may be able to assist. I am lookin at a Conn tenor sax but all the information I have is the serial 4004684 (1990 from on line serial lists) and the work CONN on the bell. There is no stenciling. I have no idea where this is made. The manufacturer claims that none of their saxes were made in Mexico but in Nogales which is within a stones throw from the border.. Is this a tenor that anyone knows about. The company cannot tell the model from the serial. The current owner has no history. I am grateful for any assistance that you may provide.
