is my saxophone worth much

Could you please tell me anything about a Conn Alto Sax, Serial #7199. It was given to me a few years ago in is not in very good condition. It has an old hard case with blue velvet interior.

    I think so, depending on what work it needs .... Conn is a sought after vintage brand...have it looked after! You can look up the serial# on the net.... cheers,P
