Brigadier Sax Anybody?

I'm looking into buying a sax after being out of the loop for a while--after my last tenor and got stolen :(-- Anyway, I found a Brigadier Tenor sax for $400. All I know is that it's older with a silver finish. The bell is etched with a military -type figure. I'm pretty sure it was made in Cleveland, but I can't guarantee. Can anybody help me here?
