Cannonball Saxophones

Has anyone ever heard of Cannonball saxophones? I'm looking to learn to play and everyone says to get a Yamaha. But I found this one (says "1998") in a used equipment for store for $250. That's about 1/4 of what I can get a Yamaha for. It looks like brand new, but I don't want to buy it if it isn't any good.

    Cannonball saxophones are well known, and quite popular.Check their website out. Cannonball.com. If you can have someone with some sax experience check the horn out for you,that would be a plus. Looks can be deceiving. Good luck Gary
