Low Pitch Alto Saxophone

I found this listed on Ebay. What does Low Pitch mean? The owner didn't know anything about saxophones. Does this mean it's pitched in F? or what? Buescher Aristocrat Alto Low Pitch Saxophone 30's sax

    Low pitch is the normal pitch for today. Older horns that are not low pitch will not play in tune with today's instruments.
