Photos would be needed to ID the model and approximate age, however Perfacktone was a stenciled name (i.e. manufactured by one maker, and sold by another retailer with their name engraved or "stenciled" on them).
The most often found manufacture with this name was C. G. Conn, and it is likely a version of one of their models.
