D KEY PROBBBBBLLLLLEEEEEEMMMMM!!!!!

My D key has started to be real flubby. No better way to put it. The key has way to much bounce causing the note to sound flubby. We tried changing spring tensions, but it does not appear to help. Any suggestions?

    have your tech install a larger spring...same type as the other springs on your horn.
