Conn 16M

In all my years of playing, I've never had the chance to play a conn. However I've recently fallen into one. I don't know what kind of quality it is, but it is a 16M. What does that mean? Is it some indication of bell size, or what? Is the 16M any good? Any input would be appreciated.

16M is a student model Conn. In my experience, they are a pretty good horn, just not a professional model.

I've played one for a while back in middle school... it was ok, not great not totally suck. I liked my yahama better, but I don't think the conn was setup very well.
