Italian Tenor

I saw this listing on Ebay for a no-name Italian horn, supposedly "vintage." Any idea what it is/if it's any good?

Reasonably certain that's a Grassi "standard" model from the 1960s, or a stencil made by Grassi, going by the bell strut, the nickel keywork, the chromatic F#, and what can be seen of the LH cluster.  Definitely not vintage, just an old student grade horn.  That particular model generates complaints about keywork that is poor quality and uncomfortable.  It wouldn't be my choice.
