Cost of Repair for Tenor?

From 6th grade until I graduated in 1985 I played tenor saxophone for my school.  Most of my best memories from high school had to do with the band (or tennis).

I have a medium quality (don't know brand or model; will check when I get home) tenor saxophone that I'm thinking of taking and getting it back in proper playing order.

It hasn't been touched in over 20 years (hate to see what it looks like when I open it up) so I'm pretty sure all the pads need to be replaced, I know at least one spring needs to be replace, the cork is probably dried out, there is a 2.5" dent in it that I would probably want fixed, and at least one pearl 'finger inlay' is broken.

If it were just those problems listed above, approximately what type of money am I looking at for repair?

I'm 45, never going to be a pro, and mainly just want to play it for the enjoyment and for my family (wife, 16 year old, 5 year old).
