An old Sax

Hi Everyone, I'm new to the rorum. I found my old sax that I used to play about 45 years ago. I got it from my Mom who played it when she was a kid. It's an alto sax, a Benal Henton Knecht with a stamp on it that says Sept. 14, 1915 and some serial #'s. Is anyone familiar with it and how would I find out if it's worth anything. I haven't been able to get any information on it. Thanks!
