Here's a link to a site that's an excellent resource for developing players.  Practice tips, articles from pros, gear-related stuff, links to free and paid online lessons, and so forth.  The Bulletproof Saxophone Playing MP3 package that the guy sells is quite highly regarded.  Sure would have been nice to have those kinds of resources when I was in your shoes.

This site has a lot of good resources too.  The saxophone buyer's guide should be the first stop for anyone figuring out what to do about their next saxophone.  It will help you avoid the pitfalls of buying saxophones online.

As a general rule, be very cautious about saxophones for sale on Craigslist.  There are essentially no buyer protections, so take the steps to know what you're doing and what you're buying.
