Selmer Metal Jazz Mouthpiece

Hello everyone i had a couple questions as to how a Selmer 6* metal jazz mouthpiece sounds. Is it very bright? Dark? And what kind of reeds would you recommend combining with theirs mouthpiece? (also I am plaing on a mark VI)

    The Selmer metal mouthpieces (years ago) were rather harsh and bright. I haven't played on one for years but if I were you I would look elsewhere, unless of course you want a harsh bright sound, but even then there are better mouthpieces to choose....~)
