contiential colonial tenor sax serial # 165498

I would like to find out the year my sax was made and what it is worth today.  I have had it for 25 years and it needs some TLC.  It is a Continential Colonial USA tenor sax serial # 165498.

    This saxophone was made by Conn, probably in the 1950's. Unfortunately, the serial number is meaningless as records for this model do not exist anymore. If its in good playing condition, its probably worth $200-$350, depending on who you find to buy it. If you're looking to sell it, the trading post on this we site may help find you a lead.
