American Professional Alto Sax

I just bought American Professional Alto Saxophone. Does anyone know anything about this, I think it is by Martin s/n# 18381 has letter A above s/n # and the letter L under the s/n #, here's pic

    Looks like a 1920s saxophone with soldered toneholes.  Could have been made by Martin or Couturiere as a stencil (merchandiser-branded) horn.  Toneholes with a straight bevel towards the pad seat were made by Couturiere and, less commonly, Martin.  Toneholes with a concave bevel towards the pad seat were made by Martin.  Stencil serial numbers are hard to trace.  The good news is that  the "L" means it can be played to modern tuning standards.

      Thank You for the info, I think it is a Couturiere. Here's another pic that I attached, you can see the straight bevel.
