Bob Reynolds has a web site you can become a member of for access to a ton of content.  Very accessible stuff.  If you are willing to spend a little bit of money there are a lot of different teachers/web sites for saxophone and or jazz learning opportunities.  Youtube is a good launching point to find some of that stuff if you are looking to get a taste of what is out there.
