Opinion, Chu Berry?

What's your opinion on the Chu? This will be my first vintage sax, I am getting rid of my yahama alto for a vintage. This will be a side horn, an alto, I am mainly a tenor player. The chu is in good condition, no dings, cilver plate original pads, still playable and around 500

    If the pads are original I would change them. What year is it? Are you sure it's a Chu (New Wonder Series II)? I have a Chu tenor and alto (1929 and 1927). I have repadded both of them with white kangaroo leather pads with metal resonators. I especially like the sound of the Chu tenor.

      I am sure it's a Chu, serial number checks out to be 1929ish
