try ebay, mouthpiece haven (www.mouthpiecehaven.com), and junkdude (www.junkdude.com) If you cant find it in a D facing, get a C*, send it to a mouthpiece refacer and ask them to reface it and open it up to the D

How much would it cost to have one re-faced?

each refacer has their own prices, though they are all similar. look for kieth bradbury(mojobari), John Van Wie, Johannes Gerber, and Doc Tenny for starters. If you go to the disscusion forum, www.saxontheweb.net , they all post regularly along with a bunch of other great mpc doctors that I cant think of the names now. But to answet your question about price, at least 50 to 150 bucks (US) for them to open it up. Also, there guys can do all kinds of custom work also, like adding baffles, thinning side walls, etc, to make a piece that is perfect for you if you ask
