Dukoff Metal Tenor mouthpiece... HELP!!!

I've just bought a DUkoff mouthpiece yet I don't seem to have much control over the tone and teh squeaks. I'm used to a standard rubber mouthpiece so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    A good guess would be that either A: you got it in a tip opening to large for you and you have to get used to it first OR B: Dukoff's quality control on the modern pieces is horrible. You may need to have it sent to a refacer to have it blueprinted to the origional specs it should be at.
