info about Eb alto

could somebody help a brotha' out?? i've owned this frank holton&co Eb alto silver sax since 1990(age 16). have found little about,except basics. #82801 OR 32801(see pix) first number too fine for my eyes! it needs TLC,cork,pads,spring or two.small digs but bottom not. 2mouthpieces,1-holton,1-goldbeck&co chicago,ill 2-10-1920.have some old hand carved montgomery wards reeds.

    Of the vintage saxophone brands, the Holton seems to be the least desireable. They have a couple unique and quirky keys designs that make it stand out in the crowd.

     

    For more specifics, check out the tabs on this page and you can reserch for yourself.

    You will not be able to get your money back out of it, so only pay to have it fixed up if you have some personal connection to it. The mouthpieces are also common and nothing of great value.
