Help needed to identify an old sax

I have an old sax on the front in large letters it says Melody Master and in small letters Built in Elkhart Ind the serial # is 12300 it is an alto sax but has no other numbers or letters on it . can anyone help me?

    I would suggest taking it to a reputable band instrument dealer/repairer. She or he could probably help.

      If you send me some pics, I'll be happy to take a look. I'm not too sure about this one. Most likely either a Conn or Buescher stencil, and I think Conn. Most likely a New Wonder stencil.
