Where do I turn

I recently bought a very playable Conn 6M, 1943 vintage, which needs work, cosmetically. It retanis about 50% or less of it's original laquer and has some surface rust, but has no dents and is in great mechanical shape, or will be when the technician I brought it to is done. I would like to have it restored cosmetically to as close to it's original beauty as possible. Does anyone know where I can send it to have it restored that original lustre, and have the engraving touched up, where needed also. I am not concerned about losing the resale value, as I am more interested in having it restored. Is this reasonable, and does anyone know who would be a good candidate for this restoration?
