Rudy Wiedoeft's arrangement of "La cinquantaine" by Gabriel-Marie

I am looking for the music score of Rudy Wiedoeft's arrangement for alto sax and piano of "La cinquantaine" by Gabriel-Marie.

According to Worldcat.org, it was published by Robbins-Engel of New York City in 1924 ad by L. de Lacour, Paris in 1935.

Please note that there are many transcriptions of "La cinquantaine" available on the web but only the Rudy Wiedoeft's arrangement has interesting variations in the last part.
