Saxophones

i play the Alto sax, and I've got my grade 7, and want to try a new saxophone, but I can't really spend more than £1000. Any ideas? I play at school orchestra, band, and ensemble.

    What year are you? If you're below grade 11, don't get a new one. Keep saving for college. If not, I would recommend trying to get a used saxophone from a reliable source. To be blankly honest, there is not that many "professional" saxophone options under $1000. Generally, you'll find Saxes around $2000 - $5000. Sorry man.
