Busher 1919 True Tone Saxophone

I am hoping someone can help me with more information about my saxophone. I found that it was made in 1919. How do I know if it is an saprano or alto? Any way to estimate a value?

    It is a tenor. Value depends largely on condition, but you can get an ides from what these are going for on eBay.
