After you get through the beginning and intermediate stages of saxophone, I would recommend Marcel Mule's books. The only drawback is availability. These books are really old. They have instructions in French, English, and German. They are called "Enseignement du Saxophone" The book that I recommend from the series is "Gammes Et Arpeges" (Scales And Arpeggios). You will never outgrow this book!!!! I still use it to this day. Best of luck to you :)
