Conn and yanagisawa Alto ID please

Can anyone help? I am a little confused with all these Conn Numbers. I have just bought a Conn 18M Serial No: n220269. Can anyone date this for me? also I have a Yanagisawa alto with serial no: A-5171189, that i am interested in info too? Thank You.

    The conn is 1970 but i haven't a clue about yani's Dave

        If I understand this list correctly, the A stands for alto, and it would be a 1971. That would have to be one of the first Yani's. I'm not too familiar with them, but I didn't think they started bringing them into the US until 1973.
