'ST. Louis' Tenor

Hello Saxists,

I bought a Tenor saxaphone from St Louis via Ebay some ten years ago. The seller was apparently the original owner and lived in the town.
The Tenor plays ever so well and I learned with it over years. The only Markings on the Sax are 'St Louis' and the serial number 938018.
I can find no information about this Sax online, can anyone shed some light??
