Starting a band

I tried to post this on general discussions but no one answered so here it is.I wanna start a band but I dont no how to go about selecting members.The band I want is a contemperary band with drums,sax,guitar,and bass.I want peaple in highschool with good personality and talent,any suggestions.Thx in advance.

    Don't you want a keyboard player? Usually, in most cases, there is a keyboard player. So think about that. Second of all, select you members by how close they live to you, interest, availibility, dedication, and someone you and other members can get along with. Trust me, you don't want arguments before a gig. That will tarnish your beginning image.
