Help with Make and Model of Older Sax

Hello!
Am hoping someone can help me identify a vintage sax. I bought it for my Dad about 30 years ago; he was an Alto sax man but thought this one was pretty neat and played it a few times. Unfortunately my Dad passed away and left it to me.
I am looking for make/model for insurance purposes; can you please help?
Thank you in advance.
Sincerely, Carmen

Probably not a lot of value, but it's kind of cool that you have a Soviet-era Russian saxophone (the stamped Cyrillic lettering spells "Leningrad").   The 73 suffix to the serial number might indicate its production year. The red keytouches are almost unique - Dolnet also made horns with them.  Learn to play The Internationale on it!
