Trying to figure out what this is

Saxophone I played as a kid.  Then my sister used it and it was left outside in the case for who knows how long and it did not weather well.  Trying to figure out what it is and if it is worth restoring.  Old label that i believe said “Artiste.” Also serial # by the right hand thumb grip E5###.  Thank you!
