help identifing an old NY made Selmer

Hi ,
I inherited this beautiful, to me, sax from my favorite uncle who played in a band in the 30s on Long Island.  I have seen nothing like it anywhere on various sites.
It is a sliver finish NY Selmer
the two numbers I see are 1119954 and P9495L
The tone holes are in a different configuration ..
See photos below.

Any help that you could provide will be greatly appreciated
Thank you

Don

This is a Conn Made C Melody saxophone.

Selmer USA used various American Makers to produce their horns in the 1920s.
