4 Flat upper registers

Hi all,  First time posting here so appologies if I am doing something wrong.

I bought a Keilwurth sax (not cheap!!) for my wife as a present for passing her grade 7.  She loves it, but dropped it and it required some repair which we did.

We now notice that the upper register Ab, A, Bb and B are all slightly flat - but all others as fine and in tune.

Since I live in Malta, and we bought it in Baden Baden I don't really want to send it back for repairs (cannot get warranty as we dropped it I think).  Can anyone think of what could be wrong for me the check.  I am happy servicing things, but only when I know what could be wrong.  I don't play the sax so simple terms please :-)

Thanks in advance!

Mike

    Ouch!

I don't see any real alternative to having it looked at by a professional repair tech.  It's very easy to get in over your head with do-it-yourself saxophone repair and improperly done repair can damage the horn.
