So I’ve had my alto saxophone for a while, and there are these white-ish bump like things on the keys. I was wondering if anyone knew what this was and how to get rid of it.

The lacquer simply has pitted a bit. Leaving the exposed nickel metal below.
WD 40 on a cotton ball will remove the humidity and clean it. Not dripping just slightly "oiled"
Then use behold funature polish on a soft cotton rag to shine it up a bit.
You will be amazed at the quick chagne.
You should only need to do this annually or so.
Good Luck.
