Metal mouthpieces

Are tenor saxophone metal mouthpieces harder to play? I am considering getting one but i dont know if it would be too hard to play. Any coments would be greatly accepted. Thank you

    i think my friend said they r no different to play they just are louder and different sounding

      theyer practicly the same except, except the metal mouhpiece get a better "jazz" sound considering the quality of the mouthpiece
