That is the first hurdle.  I went through a 30 year layoff before getting back into it.  The embouchure will take some work, but the longer term issue I found was the old muscle memory that allows for easy sight reading.  It took me the better part of 2 years to get to the point of being able to quickly sight read.  However, the good news is that:
1.  It does come back and
2.  In the mean time, the practice time to get there is very enjoyable.
