I feel sorry for anyone who has to hear you play kid. single altissimo E is pretty high, but I know a guy who has a double E really solid - he can go much higher than that. when I was still very young, i forced out a quadruple G - I have tried doing that again to be funny, but haven't managed it. Listen to some sigurd rascher - you won't hear notes that only dogs can. but there really are no fingerings. rascher played an entire concert once on a saxwithout keys. you just gotta experiment - there are some lists that might or might not help you - try art of saxophone playing.

Also, check out Rascher's book, "Top-Tones for the Saxophone." It's got a couple of fingering charts and some good lessons on overtone control.
