Bari mouthpeices

I'm a young jazz bari player using a crappy school horn and i want to get a much better/more sophisticated sound. What mouthpieces are good for a real smooth Mulligan style sound? also, where should i look to find used, high quality bari saxes? I'm thinking of buying a better horn.
