starting a quartet

guitar, sax, piano, and drums, what are your favorite songs for a quartet like this? we are to add bass as soon as we find an upright player.

    You'd be very hard pressed to run a decent quartet without a bass player. Make sure you have one before you get any gigs. Fav songs? Standards man! theres so many tunes that a quintet can play.
