Good saxophone for beginners.

Hi, I wanted to learn how to play the sax and am looking for suggestions for a good buy to start with. I'm not sure what type I want but if I could get recommendations it'd be great!

    If you are not afraid of a used instrument, get a student like Yamaha alto. This is the best alternative when starting out.

     

    If you have to go the new instrument route, good luck.

    Most new affordable ones are not worth what you will pay.
