Selmer Model 26 Alto saxophone

Does anyone know any history on this saxophone and possible value? I have been playing it for about 7 years.

    The model 26 came out in 1926. it ran through 1928.

    The good desireable Selmers started a bit later, like around 1935.

    Value is around 1500. Some people would pay more, just because it is a French Selmer.

    It is an alto. It looks to have been reiacquered.
