Tell me that this is..

Hey! My name is Carina and I live in northern Sweden. (Åre)
When i cleaned an attic on our farm we found this instrument. It is a bit damaged and lacks 2-3 gaps, but the nozzle remains. Its not so beautyful, and not take care of. 
Since I do not know where to turn in Sweden, I ask you on this site.  I never seen a instrument like this before and it is big. I understand its a type of saxophone. 

It has this label:

That is this and is it worth something?

      that is a Conn Bass saxophone.It has lots of value and very desired.
      It was made around 1925.

      Conn Vintage “New Invention” Bass Saxophone #32,374 (1915) – Saxalley
