Concertone Sax

I recently came across an old Concertone Saxophone but i can't find any information on it. The back says "PATD DEC8 1914 Serial P6671 L". Any help would be appreciated.

    It's a curved soprano sax, a stencil made by Conn. As a stencil, you probably won't find much specific info about it unfortunately. Hope that helps.
