Cork torn on neck of 1920's Conn Tenor

Is this repairable or should I be looking for a replacement?

    It's really hard to say without seeing it. Usually if a cork has started to tear though, it will need to be replaced. What you can do sometimes is wrap a little tape around them. Chances are, the cork is worn enough that it should be replaced. It shouldn't be too expensive to have a technition replace the cork.
