good vintage repair place in NC?

I have a buescher baritone sax, true tone model. According to the seriel number, it was made in 1921. It needs to be serviced bad. It needs repadding, and for some reason everything above a C is extremely sharp. Also, one of the metal cover gards for one of the low keys broke off and that needs to be welded back on. I am very cautous about getting it repaired. I want a place or someone very experienced with vintage sax's. It also needs to be very affortable. Any ideas?

Try Marsh Woodwinds in Raleigh. I've never seen or experienced their work, but in searching for my Conn 6M I had the chance to speak with them at length and they sound like they know what they're talking about. Give 'em a shout at 919-839-0536. As far as being very affordable, remember that you get what you pay for. Being cautious about who does the job is wise, but it's better to shell out a bit more for somebody that will do it right.
